1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) set out the legal agreement between you (the user/customer) and Curb Crawler, the owner and operator of this website and provider of automotive cosmetic services. By using this website or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this website. By using the site or our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Offered
Curb Crawler offers cosmetic vehicle repair and enhancement services, including but not limited to:

• Paint refinishing

• Dent removal

• Alloy wheel repairs

• Scratch repair

• Panel beating

• Visual customisation and detailing

All services are subject to vehicle assessment and availability.

4. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes provided (via phone, email, messaging, or in person) are estimates based on the information and images supplied. Final pricing may change following physical inspection of the vehicle or discovery of additional damage.
You will always be informed before we carry out any work beyond the original quote.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings must be confirmed by phone, email, WhatsApp, or website form.

• We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment due to workshop availability, emergencies, or unforeseen events.
   

6. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due on completion of services, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, and other pre-agreed payment methods.

• Late payments may result in additional charges or the refusal of future bookings.
   

7. Service Warranty
We stand by the quality of our workmanship. However, we do not guarantee results for:

• Pre-existing damage or corrosion

• Customer-supplied parts

• Areas of the vehicle affected by undisclosed issues

• Damage resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, or further incidents

Warranties do not apply if the vehicle is sold after the service or altered by a third party.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Before drop-off:

• Remove personal belongings from your vehicle

• Inform us of any known issues, sensitive areas, or alarms/trackers

• Ensure your vehicle is insured and road-legal (if being driven to us)

After service completion, your vehicle must be collected promptly or delivery arranged. Vehicles left for more than 7 days may incur a storage fee.

9. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Interfere with the website’s functionality or security

• Use automated tools to extract or scrape data

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to admin areas

We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone abusing the site or breaching these terms.

• Delays caused by external suppliers or uncontrollable events

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Suspension or Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services or website access at any time for reasons including:

• Aggressive, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour

• Failure to pay

• Misuse of our facilities, vehicles, or services
   

13. Changes to Services & Terms
We may update our services or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is handled by our Privacy Policy. We respect your right to privacy and never sell your data.
